I’m not so much asking a question; instead, I’m writing about new happening since my last entry a week ago. That said, don’t get too excited, as I don’t have any incredible news to report. However, there is quite a bit going on, so here is what’s new:
- An old High School pal from Ohio, Ben, is staying with me for the month. It has been a while (roughly 4 years) since Ben and I spent some quality time together, so it’s great to hang out again.
- Another old High School friend, Patrick, will be visiting later this week as well. Patrick’s visit is particularly exciting because Portland is one of several stops on his band’s, Meese, tour. Meese is currently on tour with the Fray.
- Ben introduced me to arguably the greatest television show ever produced. It’s called Flight of the Conchords and although it makes hardly any sense, it’s extremely funny. Here’s a short video clip.
- I took this weekend off from bike races to get caught up on rest, work and hanging out with friends. My next race will be a criterium in Vancouver, WA on Sunday.
- Things are going great at work. We’ve closed a number of new accounts this week and continue to work on some really great projects for Vonage.
