Radiohead and the honor system

Radiohead “stuck-it-to-the-man” earlier today by allowing their fans to choose the price of the new album, In Rainbows. Dropping early this month, In Rainbows is available online only via a grassroots website that’s currently taking pre-orders. Yes! You read the first sentence of this entry correctly; you can pre-order In Rainbows for whatever price you want to pay.

Will Radiohead be able to hold off the 800 pound Gorillas (iTunes et al)? Who knows, but if anyone can it’s Radiohead. Did I mention Radiohead is the best band on earth?
